Training on ePay and eGPF Grade IV System.

The IT Cell conducted a comprehensive training session on ePay and eGPF Grade IV systems from June 24th to July 2nd at the Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts. The training, which included two daily sessions at 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM, took place at the Directorate’s conference hall. The primary aim of the program was to familiarize Departmental DDOs (Drawing and Disbursing Officers) and HODs (Heads of Departments) with the functionalities of the ePay Bill and eGPF Grade IV systems. The ePay Bill system facilitates the generation of bills, while the eGPF Grade IV system is used for initiating sanctions and transactions. Each session started with an introductory overview of both applications, followed by live demonstrations showcasing their features in real time. Practical, hands-on training allowed the participants to engage directly with the systems, ensuring they gained a thorough understanding of how to effectively use these platforms in their day-to-day operations.
